Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026
These terms cover the Revolwheel software ("the software") for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects, made by Graphifier, operated by Bekir Çıtak, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the software you agree to these terms.
1. Purchases
Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of the order: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt and delivers your license key. Creem's own terms apply to the payment itself.
2. License
- A license is a one-time purchase and does not expire: you can use the version you bought for as long as you like, with no subscription.
- A license is for a number of apps ("any 1, 2, 3 or 4 apps"). It unlocks the Revolwheel products you first activate it in, up to that number. To switch an app later, write to us.
- A license lets one person use those products on up to two computers at a time. You can move a license to another computer by deactivating it on one of yours.
- The license includes all updates of the major version you bought (for example every 1.x version). A later major version (2.0) may be offered separately.
- You may not resell, share, rent or publish your license key, or remove or get around the license check.
- The software is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights in it.
3. Free trial
Each product can be tried free for 7 calendar days on a computer. After that the software stops working until a license key is entered.
4. Activation
Activating a license and a short check every few weeks need an internet connection to our license server. See the privacy policy for what is sent. If we ever stop running the license server, we will first release an update that works without it, so licenses that were paid for keep working.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase; see the refund policy. A refunded or charged-back license stops working.
6. Adobe
Revolwheel works with Adobe's applications but is not made, affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. You need your own licensed copy of the Adobe application. Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe in the United States and/or other countries.
7. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or work with every future version of the Adobe applications. Keep backups of your work.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the software is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost data or profits.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes do not take away rights you already paid for.
